Location: Remote (Client located in Southern California, PST time zone)
Duration: 6-9 months
Start Date: Late August/Early September

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud PLM Functional Lead to oversee the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) module. This role is essential for ensuring the successful deployment and integration of the PLM module within the client???s operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing full lifecycle projects and working effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, design reviews, and workshops to fully understand client needs.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet project milestones.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the Oracle Cloud PLM module.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including support during go-live and post-implementation.
  • Facilitate training sessions and create detailed documentation to support end-users.
  • Identify and address project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Lead in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations.
  • Successful completion of at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud PLM.
  • Experience with clients in the Southern California region or similar time zones.
  • Relevant Oracle Cloud PLM certifications.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in product lifecycle management.
