Title: Oracle Cloud Integration Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL
Long term Contract

Analyze requirements and design end-to-end OIC Service design.
Perform OIC Integration incident management
Analyze new service requirements and work on development as needed
Perform issue triage and work with offshore to provide solution
As onsite support contact point, communicate effectively with all cross functional teams (within McDonald’s and Cognizant)
Work with Integration developers offshore and guide team on development/fixing of OIC processes.
Provide detailed guidance and implementation rollout to Cognizant implementation teams
Work with offshore counterpart technical support of the McDonald’s OIC Platform.
Work on deployment schedule to promote OIC service fixes to Prod
