Job Description :

Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Sr Functional Consultant 
Location : Remote

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • Around 10 years of diversified IT experience in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Applications as a functional consultant.
  • 8+ years of experience in all phases of implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM using offerings like Workforce Deployment (Global HR), Workforce Development (Talent Management, Performance Management, and Goal Management) and Compensation Management (Compensation and Benefits) in version R13.
  • Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three full life-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM CORE HR, PM, and COMP implementations
  • Configured end to end HR system which includes LE, LDG, Business Units and all work structure elements.
  • Analyzed Organization, Location, Job, and Grade structures and configurations and roll out of these structures.
  • Experience in rolling out Compensation and Performance cycles
  • Experienced in handling of Support Issues meeting SLAs.’
  • Configured/Rolled out EEO/VETS/AAP reports
  • Configuration and modification of Approval processes in Business Process Management.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.

·       Ability to work with HCM technical resources in mapping processes and rolling out solutions

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years related experience required.
  • Leading HCM Core HR, PM and Compensation implementations preferred.
  • Oracle HCM Implementation certifications preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred.
