Duration: 1 YEAR
NEED – ORACLE CLOUD HCM SME
MUST HAVE SKILLS ------------------------- MENTION ALL MUST SKILLS IN SUPPLIER SYNOPSIS SECTION
• Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications
• Experience in at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM or similar Cloud products
• Experience in data conversion
• Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
JD:
Managed all facets of large-scale HR IT projects and met deliverables
• Proven adherence of software lifecycle methodologies
• Strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince
• Proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile and waterfall-oriented teams
• Significant stakeholder engagement including leadership role in management meetings in prior engagements
• Drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines including consistent report mechanisms
• Adhere and drive compliance of delivery standards
• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional knowledge will be an advantage
