Job Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant Location: Detroit, MI Hire Type: CTH Job Description: Strong Oracle Functional expertise is required. Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud. Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement modules Public Sector experience is required Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation Functional Lead capacity, responsible for implementing multiple Oracle ERP Cloud core finance modules Reviews, analyses and evaluates business system and user needs. Recommend, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements Act as functional advisor and manager of technology resources Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support Consulting skills: self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude, with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Tool knowledge: MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong business background, working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Effectively produces deliverables
