Position 1: Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months; high likelihood for extension
? Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module. Guide customers through Oracle delivered functionality
? Advise customers on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality
? Document customer requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
? Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
? Work with peers to continuously improve our delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency
Position 2 : Oracle Cloud HR Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months; high likelihood for extension
? Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM products and solutions. This is a hands-on role and the consultant is expected to lead design discussions, workshops, and provide solutions.
? Knowledge of all facets of Global HR Processes including a combination of Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Oracle EBS background, are desired.
? Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations including two or more full cycle implementations.
Position 3 : Oracle Cloud Time+Labor Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months; high likelihood for extension
? Understand client business requirements and configure the Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor solution
? Minimum of 2 Full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
? Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the client in testing the solution
? Work with the client to help convert legacy data
? Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
