Senior Oracle Database Administrator in support of Oracle eBusiness Suite application
Works with the software engineering team to provide support of the Oracle eBusiness environment. Additionally, supports Oracle Database infrastructure at the VSP.
Considerable knowledge and experience with Oracle Databases, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and UNIX environments is required. This includes:
Day to day activities for Oracle eBusiness Suite such as Cloning, Patching, Code Migration, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, Database monitoring, User Management, Backup/Recovery Management, SR Management, Monitoring the eBusiness Suite and its services is required
Administration, performance tuning, security, data management, configuration management, and disaster recovery for Oracle databases is required.
Experience with Oracle eBusiness Human Resources and Financial modules is required.
Experience with UNIX scripting highly desirable.
Experience with Oracle E-business 12.2 version is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
