Title: Oracle Apps R12 HRMS Techno Functional Consultant Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 6 12 Months Job Description: Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on solutions for Oracle HRMS R12 environment and resolving complex and mission-critical requirements Experience working with Acquisition and Divestiture HCM projects is add-on Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle core HR, SSHR and Oracle Payroll modules. In-depth and detailed knowledge of user/functional environment, and Oracle HCM system Worked on Oracle HCM CEMLI/RICEW components in at least 2 projects either support or implementation. Understand the ITMS Process and Separation/Divestiture HCM Project model. Manage critical, high priority business/customer requirements Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues The ability to plan and organize numerous tasks in parallel and deliver within agreed time scales To give guidance through various forms to the user community on the best use of existing business processes and suggest new functionalities Ability to design and develop Oracle BI Publisher reports and develop & maintain custom interfaces/integrations Implement standard HR policies and processes into Oracle HCM modules Design solutions and provide options to best meet business requirements Prepare Oracle HRMs environment for Divestiture, able to handle integration testing with internal and third party systems Provide expert advice and guidance to the functional users Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements, acts as a Business Analyst at times Training material preparation and maintenance Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable Creation/review of Knowledge Articles and maintain knowledge repository Very good communication skills and ability to convey the right information to the right individuals
