Detailed Job Description
Functional/Technical Support & Issue Resolution · Provide daily support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including:
o Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, MRP)
o Warehouse Management / Inventory
o Shipping Execution
· Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues impacting production, material movement, picking, staging, packing, and shipping activities.
· Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with other teams when required.
· Monitor interface errors and transactional failures; resolve or escalate appropriately.
