Role: SAP Ariba Compliance LeadLocation: Charlotte, NC- Onsite W2 Candidates- with minimum validity of 12 months Must have: Minimum 5 years in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Procurement/Sourcing with SAP Ariba expertise. Description:Design and implement a new contract compliance process ensuring purchase orders are systematically linked to contracts.Define and document workflows across sourcing, contracting, and procurement functions.Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Ariba modules including Contracts, Sourcing, Buying, and Invoicing.Configure and optimize SAP Ariba to support compliance and operational efficiency.Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity between systems.Develop and maintain a robust Supplier Master structure aligned with contract hierarchy.Partner with internal teams to align compliance goals with sourcing and procurement strategies.Create dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience implementing SAP Ariba contract compliance processes.Deep knowledge of SAP Ariba modules for upstream and downstream procurement.Expertise in designing and managing Supplier Master data structures.Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes within complex organizations.Ability to engineer new processes and drive adoption across teams.Experience supporting day-to-day operations of contract compliance functions.Familiarity with reporting tools and ability to provide actionable insights.Effective collaboration skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
