Job Description :
Immediate need for a talented Process Manager/Compliance Manager. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mclean, VA- Hybrid/Remote is also fine. Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, implement, and document controls for risks and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Ensure scope of deliverables, and timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed.
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure controls and controls documentation are built in a way that accommodates the businesses existing processes.
  • Work closely with business partners to ensure controls are created with the minimal possible business disruption.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process.

Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Must Have-Controls (Very imp – strong exp), Regulatory Compliance Document controls Risk .
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience building controls for regulated companies.
  • Experience working with supplier contracts/ contracting processes.
  • At least 5 years of Process Management experience.
  • 2 years of experience building and documenting controls.
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
