We are looking for an Operations Manager with about 25 years of experience in Civil/Highway work related to
Transportation, of which few years should be in Managing Office Operations. We need someone with the below
qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
PE License preferably of NJ, will accept NY License as an exception
Someone who is aware of the Technical Proposals
Someone who will take care of the office operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong Technical and Communication skills are critical
Ability to work in a team environment
Leadership and management skills
Financial management and business acumen skills
