Role: Operations EngineerLocation: Bellevue, WA.Full time:Key Responsibilities. Troubleshooting of IMS Call Flows. Deployment of Software on DVNF and IVNF Based IMS application. Performing tests using phones and clients and systems. Collecting Logs and Cataloging issues based on debugging output. Troubleshooting, call tracing, call flow review and debugging. Isolating issues in call flows to relevant nodes related to our nodes. Applying fixes to trial systems and validating same before deploying in production network. Hosting calls with R&D to drive resolution of open issues. Maintaining and managing Action Registers if requiredJob Requirements. Engineering Degree with a major in Computer Science or Equivalent Preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in the wireless industry. Experience with Tier 1/ 2 Troubleshooting Skills. Basic TCP/IP and Linux networking knowledge. Able to perform End to End testing / troubleshooting of voice call & messaging call flow. Basic understanding of IMS domain. Strong knowledge of OpenStack based Application Deployment Enviornment. Basic Understanding of VoLTE call flow (CSCF/TAS/UCCAS/WebRTC) and Messaging Flow (SMS/MMS/RCS Basic understanding of error response codes for SIP / Diameter / HTTP. Able to effectively work with customers over conference call or face to face to understand the issue details and perform required logs collection on appropriate nodes. Experience triaging call flow issues as they are reported with preliminary analysis and assign to appropriate node owners. Able to capture the packet capture / logs on product and perform basic analysis of the issue. Technical and detail-oriented Proactive.
