Job Description :

Summary: 

Reporting to the Operations Manager- this position is responsible for the planning of NeoStrata products at the various Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO’s) while maintaining strict quality and regulatory compliance as well as balancing the needs of marketing and sales.  The candidate must have a strong understanding of sales and operations planning. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Air vs Ocean Component Process to ensure timely delivery of components allowing stock levels to be maintained by external manufacturers
  • Manage Raw Material and Component Expediting
  • Manage Purchase Orders for NeoStrata flexible packaging portfolio, recognizing the variable changes in the Demand Plan week to week and ensuring dates are met/adjusted
  • Timely processing of bulk shipments/transactions within NeoStrata ERP system
  • Manage Carton Combos with NeoStrata carton suppliers to maximize efficiencies and driving cost savings
  • Monthly analysis of Excess and Obsolete Inventory
  • Provide updates to other cross-functional departments on production progress
  • Interface with marketing, sales, research and development, quality, finance, and business development to support the various business needs
