Job Responsibilities:
Present the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management.
Analyze operations data to make recommendations to management to improve resource
and staff utilization, quality control and communication.
Analyze financial reports to advise management on minimizing cost and maximizing
profitability.
Study work procedures to recommend organizational changes that will lead to greater
methods and predictions of staffing requirements.
Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen
problem solutions.
Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of
problems and to clarify management objectives.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements for the position of Operations Analyst
Minimum Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum Experience – Two (2) years of experience
