Responsibilites:
Present the results of data analysis and mathematical modeling to the management.
Analyze operations data to make recommendations to management to improve resource and staff utilization, quality control and communication.
Analyze financial reports to advise management on minimizing cost and maximizing profitability.
Study work procedures to recommend organizational changes that will lead to greater methods and predictions of staffing requirements.
Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
Using a variety of sources, gather and analyze information about each of the parts of component problems and observe the current system in operation.
Reformulate models as required while performing testing and validation of models to ensure adequacy.
Examine the mathematical relationships between the components, break systems into their components, and assign numerical values to each component.
Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements for the position of Operations Analyst
Minimum Education a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Minimum Experience – Three (3) years of experience.
