Position Description
Operational Technology (OT) security - Control System / Infrastructure Admin
The resource provides network domain administration, system integration, system security and operational OT hardware support to the client assets supported by our team for systems within the OT environment onshore and offshore.


Your future duties and responsibilities
The identified resource will contribute to the asset(s) goals:
- As a member of the OT Security support team:
- Provide support for client managed OT Security equipment
- Provide Active Directory and remote access administration
- Provide support for OT Security infrastructure and sustainability systems management.
- Maintain documentation related to GOM OT Security management plan

Support asset projects:
- Work in conjunction with CS-ITs, CS-Network Technicians, and PCD Site Focal Points to implement and document changes to OT Security systems as defined by agreed upon projects scope by PCD site focal points.
- Provide system integration and security support for projects executed by the Shell projects organization, including providing FAT, SAT and commissioning support where required.
- Performs other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by the PCD Site Focal Points


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
3-5 years of experience in the following Core competency areas required for the candidate in the OT environment:
" Windows server administration and maintenance in domain and workgroup environments.
" Anti-virus system management and endpoint protection technologies.
" Operating system patching and vulnerability management technologies.
" Backup and restore system management and endpoint deployment.
" User access, authentication, and authorization management systems and domain policy management systems.
" System virtualization platforms and technologies (Microsoft HyperV, VMWare).
" System hardening and system troubleshooting.
" Secure remote access standards and technologies.
" Industrial Cybersecurity standards:
o NIST Cybersecurity control framework
o ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Standards
" Ability to provide after-hours support
" Ability to travel to offshore oil platforms
