Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing topnotch customer experience

Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using OpenText AppWorks erstwhile Process Suite Low code design and integration framework

Good hands on implementing OpenText AppWorks integration services using REST SOAP Email, Understanding of Entity Model Framework is must.

Good understanding of OpenText AppWorks case management features and BPM features

Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues

Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM business process management.
