Job Description:
Client is seeking an OnBase Administration/Developer with experience in development/maintenance of Enterprise Web Applications, for a healthcare client based out of Boston. Must have experience in full life cycle development of OnBase applications EP1 or later versions.
OnBase Administration/Developer Required Skills
Expert understanding in Java/JEE - Full Stack, Spring; SQL / Mongo DB / Oracle DB
Must have experience in full life cycle development of OnBase applications EP1 or later version
Ability to collect and translate requirements into scalable, supportable, efficient OnBase solutions
Proficient with OnBase Configuration, OnBase Client, OnBase Unity Client, OnBase Studio, OnBase Web Client, Hyland Unity Management Console of EP1 and later
Proficient with OnBase Workflow and/or WorkView
Experience in configuring OnBase DIP Processing, Batch scanning, Advanced Capture OCR
Be able to monitor, resolve and engage end-users in troubleshooting issues
Hands on experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with users of varying degrees of technical ability and understanding
Other Essential Skills
Working independently to define system/application/module design/architecture
Participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.
Working knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and ability to design Web applications
In-depth understanding of Domain Drive Design, and 12-Factor applications
Experience with relational and non-relational databases like Oracle, MongoDB etc.
Experience with continuous integration/deployment tools and best practices in DevOps
Excellent communication skills and able to successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audience
Ability to quickly understand business requirements and propose reference architectures and technology solutions.
Capable to present options and weigh implementation complexities and risks to recommend the right technical decision

Past experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences is a plus
