First shift – 12 AM – 8 AM ET
Last shift – 5 PM – 1 AM ET

Position Overview:

We are looking for an OIM Support engineer, who would be helping our production support team with Client interaction, Providing Technical Solutions, Task management, Technical support to team, implement Upgrade /enhancements, perform root cause analysis and implement operational/technical improvements.

Principal Responsibilities:
OIM Production Support
Provide technical support
Responding End Clients’/Users’ queries and helping them to fulfill their objectives
Explaining problems and presenting solutions to clients and stake holders
Perform Root cause analysis of failures and propose permanent solutions
Implement bug fixes, resolve issues to closure.
Monthly Task planning and weekly progress review with clients
Error free good quality production deployment
Project documentation, code review and coding standard implementation
Required Skills:
Candidate should have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in implementation/support, experience in Oracle Identity Manager
Candidate needs to have strong understanding of identity management requirements of an enterprise, ability to align upcoming technologies or business process changes in form of new projects to meet client’s business requirements.
Ability to understand requirements and propose solutions to clients, provide technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
Skills to perform root cause analysis, present the analysis report and propose permanent solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Take care of support issues, troubleshooting and Incident management
Responsible for code changes (Bug fixes / Enhancements), new modules.
Release Management Skills, preparing documentations for introducing new functionalities
Effectively work to support existing modules and new developments
Experience of supportively working with different teams of an enterprise
Desired skills/Attributes/ Knowledge:
Must have knowledge of identity management requirements of large enterprises
Skills to Investigate failures/issues and help project team to close them
Incident management, Investigation and troubleshooting
Skills to perform root cause analysis and present permanent solutions to client/stakeholders
Experience of supportively working with different teams of an enterprise
Preferred to have knowledge of Java-Spring Framework
Strong analytical skills

Educational Requirements:
MCA / B. Tech or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related field preferred.
