Good working experience on Exchange onprem and Online, along with other O365 suite offerings, like OneDrive, Delve, Yammer etc.
Working experience on Skype for Business online and hybrid environment, along with MS Teams.
Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L2/L3 server support for Email routing for infrastructure hosted on Microsoft O365 and Exchange onprem.
Identify options to proactively monitor services and identify key issues and performance trends needing attention.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to handle critical\urgent issues on email and collaboration infrastructure, and driving them to resolution.
O365 security concepts and understanding from collaboration perspective.
Working experience on ADFS, AD Connect and other identity Federation.
Understand Incident management, Change management and Problem management from ITIL perspective.
Understanding of with Lotus Notes and SharePoint is added advantage.
