Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure Experience leading, implementation and deployment projects Experience working with EMS (Enterprise Mobility Suite), Yammer, Azure AD for Office 365 Identity - Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS/WAP) and Directory Synchronization (AADC/DirSync), eDiscovery Migration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience Strong communication Knowledge of Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production environment . Lead team in assessment of IT architecture services to determine requirements for Office 365 implementation. . Knowledge of MDM intunes Management and Support of on premise and Office 365 integrated solutions. . Develop future strategies for Office 365 products and services . Communicates and educates the technical and business communities on current architectures and technologies and industry trends. . Recommend appropriate Enterprise Content Management solutions based on those requirements . Candidate must be eager to learn administration of the entire array of Office 365 products, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams, Yammer, Planner, Groups and anything else that emerges Partner with business units to evaluate and drive adoption of new capabilities for Office 365 and related tools, services and systems. Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements. Documentation will include system topologies, operating instructions and disaster recovery procedures for new and changed infrastructure. Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities: Be the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and Office Applications (Office 365) and one drive. Responsible for establishing and maintaining O365 Exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups and establishes infrastructure mailbox constraints and advises on enterprise exchange policies Office 365 Exchange Online administration (domains, policies, transport rules, etc Office 365 monitoring service health, removal of user accounts, and management of service requests Office 365 Spam administration Office 365 Licensing administration Support the ongoing operation Skype for Business ( Skype/Lync Online Hybrid ), Microsoft Teams and other related services like One Note, groups, yammer & One Drive . Troubleshooting and support experience with Skype for Business Handle immediate need activities such as video conferencing setups, new employees joining and office reconfigurations . Conduct Gap Analysis Summary and prioritize remediation actions summary . PowerShell for migration and troubleshooting. . Align Office 365 technology solutions with business strategies Be accountable for the security and reliability of Exchange Online and Office 365 systems and services. . Work with stakeholders to capture, define, and document business Enterprise Content Management requirements primarily focused on the IBM ECM suite Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support Position Requirements: Microsoft Certified Solution Expert Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Must have prior Microsoft Exchange migration using Exchange hybrid, Office 365 Defense Cloud PowerShell scripting experience
