Job Title: Organizational change management (OCM) Specialist IILocation: South SFO, CADuration: ContractJob Description:• Lead customer learning events as a productivity software expert• Executing customer engagement strategy in South San Francisco & virtually for remote sites• Act as a conduit between customers and IT• Engage with customers to understand and what IT-related challenges they face in their day-to-day work• Identify and document business needs and opportunities for IT to improve customer offerings• Document customer feedback regarding IT solutions• Lead development of instructional materials when necessary• Edit training materials created by others for formatting, flow, and educational effectiveness• Write, Review and edit content for self-serve user instructions and resource material.• Act as an advocate for user productivity tools by answering questions and posting tips in our work-related social platforms Skills:• Excellent classroom training skills• Advanced knowledge of Google Apps Suite and other business productivity tools• In-Depth knowledge of MS Office is a plus• Working knowledge of Cloud-based project management software like Trello & Smartsheets• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the needs of the audience• Ability to understand technical jargon and distil into simple user facing terminology• Intermediate experience with video editing & motion graphics• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or comparable graphics software• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work across numerous projects while meeting deadlines
