Sr. Program Manager - OCM
Duration: 6+ months
Location: 100% remote work

Candidates must be W2 and will work remote. We are in need of someone with tried and true experience with organizational change management specifically around an agile transformation. This one may be more difficult to find. They do not need cyber skills but if they have worked with a cyber or IT org that would be amazing.

* Manage and coordinate the pipeline of agile transformation change including activities such as forward planning and communication, providing transparency and visibility across the business
* Work with business leaders to prepare and execute a change delivery framework
* Support the successful delivery of agile transformation change initiatives+B5
* Work with business stakeholders to identify the interest, concerns and issues of key stakeholder groups.
* Ensure capabilities are aligned with benefits (including liaising with sponsoring group
* Complete activities such as training needs analysis and determine appropriate training for staff in preparation for agile transformation change initiatives.
* Work with LACE and vendor to design and facilitate workshops
* Support activities such as team wide communications, organizational model changes, team huddles, and other team events.

The successful candidate will work for the Portfolio Delivery Office (PDO) where he/she will work with SRO to lead agile transformation change initiatives.

* 7-10 years of direct experience leading change management/adoption management/transition management
* Experience working with and leading using Agile methodologies
* Experience in creating and executing complicated project plans with multiple dependencies, inputs, and outputs
* Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams
* Demonstrated experience in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed to timescale and budget and desired user outcomes
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and have flexibility across time zones
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present at senior leadership levels
* Ensures rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and products
* Results-driven and accountability-minded
* Strong background in negotiating and conflict management.

Team Environment:
The successful candidate will be part of the PDO (Portfolio Delivery Office) within the SBO (Security Business Office The PDO supports projects across all SRO (Security and Resiliency Organization) pillars, however the successful candidate will be specifically assigned to support Cybersecurity projects. Potential growth opportunity exists. Team members include project coordinators, project managers (junior, journeyman, and senior), program managers, and other various supporting roles that support delivery of projects for the Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO
