• The OCM Analysts research and analyze existing and future base business processes, determine impacts, and communicate and collaborate with the CWDSProject, various CWDS contractors, and selected Org staff. • The OCM Analysts document their research results in baseline OCM work products that all Orgs can leverage. • This includes as-is documentation, to-be documentation, gap/impact analyses, change readiness plans, OCM communications, and OCM training.
1. Each OCM Analyst shall have at least two (2) years of FTE OCM experience within the last ten (10) years on one or more public-sector IT implementationprojects, with each project having a minimum of 5,000 Active Users.2. Each OCM Analyst shall have a current industry recognized OCM certification. An industry recognized certification must be in a change managementmethodology that includes the processes, tools, and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve a required business outcome.Examples of acceptable industry recognized certifications include the Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change ManagementProfessional (CCMP) certification, LaMarsh Management Change Model &Methodology certification, and the APMG International Change Management certification.
