Office 365 portals with primary exposure to exchange administration (On Prem and Cloud), public folders management, Active Directory, Active Sync, troubleshooting end user issues.
Proof point and awareness around secured emails and processing of the same
Citrix Environment and troubleshooting
Some basic to advanced power shell scripting knowledge
Knowledge of various resource tools within Azure
