Meet the SLA and QOS level Co-ordinate with other teams Handle Escalation of all pending and failed issues Update the knowledge base and documentation Migration and consolidation of Office 365. Provide support on Office 365, MDM, email filtering, email archiving. Provide consultative support as required and work on projects as may be necessary from time to time Technical Skills: Should have 6-8 years' experience working with a large client using Office 365. Troubleshoot all types of client issues with Office 365, including Exchange Online, One Drive, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Yammer among others. Should have good written and communication skills Certification on Office 365 (70-346 and 70-347) preferred. Exposure to ADFS and Azure AD Connect Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting would be added advantage PROCESS Skills: Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution) On-call Escalation Ensure Ticket Quality in terms of Updation Responsible for Process Management. Responsible for Service Improvement. Process adherence & Security compliance KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capacity / Architectural Management SLA compliance for tickets Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented Value Add Training / Mentoring for the Team (1 To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2 To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (3 To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4 To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (5 Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives (6 To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
