Job Description :

The Workday Integrations and Reports Developer will have experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations and Reports. 
This individual has qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and the Lead. 
This person should be able to own integrations and reports in Workday HRIS, Finance and Adaptive InSight to design develop and deliver as required by the business. 
Work independently and/or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations and Reports delivery.
Gather requirements and prototype the solutions.
Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
Develop new, or modifying existing, integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.
Manage and support Workday integrations, both inbound and outbound from Workday to other vendors (i.e. benefits, payroll, internal systems, etc.)
Analyze and classify production issues or new enhancements to Workday integrations including identifying change needed and documenting scope of change and impact on other integrations or processes
Develop and execute test plans, while documenting results, that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance regarding business requirements
Participate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with organization standards and guidelines
Lead the setup, configuration and maintenance as needed including ID management, PGP / SSH keys, SSL certificates, sFTP and SSO configurations for the HR technology stack both related to server infrastructure and to integrations within Workday
Provide production support for internal stakeholders on HR and Finance related applications, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues
Must have advanced experience in Workday HCM report writing, dashboard development, and worklet configuration
Advanced knowledge of report writing using standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports
Experience creating and maintaining complex calculated fields and custom objects
Experience creating custom reports as worklets for use on dashboards and scorecards
Advanced Workday knowledge of object relationships (including Report Data Source, Primary Business Objects, and Related Business Objects)
4+ years relevant experience with integration technologies including Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Java
Must have proven experience with Workday Integrations and Advanced Reporting
Experience with HR and Finance systems and solutions such as Workday HCM, Workday Financials 
Experience with requirements documentation, including ability to provide feedback on design of processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic, follow-through and communication skills for all assigned areas of responsibility
Ability to articulate the issues and propose viable solutions
Ability to work independently, inform appropriately, and self-manage among assigned priority items
Team player
At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
Experience in development of complex reports
General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
Good understanding of Workday security
Adaptive Insight Knowledge
