Job Description
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and administration of Microsoft Windows systems and endpoint security.   
Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Implement appropriate settings to improve and harden security posture of endpoints including restricting use of local admin accounts and implementation of least privilege principle.
Test and deploy security controls on OT endpoints.
Responsible for integration of user workstations with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory. 
Provide support to technical staff regarding system administration and usage. 
Provide support to Technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; Identify logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems. 

Qualifications
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware in a network.
Experience with Windows Server management and Windows domain architecture.
Knowledge of event management tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
Understanding basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs; Cisco experience and/or certification.

Desired
Configuring and deployment experience of OT end point devices according to Purdue model and NIST standards.
Basic understanding of NERC-CIP compliance.
Strong knowledge of Windows AD, LDAP, VMWare
Capability to work under pressure in an operational environment 
Disaster Planning abilities.
Good Communication Skills and strong work ethics.
Work collaboratively as a team player.

Minimum Technical expertise
Three years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, Cyber Security and TCP/IP networking. 
Experience in implementing and executing patch management solutions using tools like Microsoft WSUS. 
Experience in deploying, implementing and configuring endpoint protection solutions. This includes ability to configure host integrity, host firewall and application restrictions. 
Experience in developing, implementing, testing and deploying Active Directory Group Policies, writing PowerShell scripts following best practices especially focusing on endpoint security.   
Experience in writing system documentation, system specifications/requirements, presentations, and training materials. 

Education
Bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.  
Certification in related fields (Security +, MCSA, MCSE) would be a plus.
