Critical Skills:
Working experience of FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
Working experience of PeopleSoft Testing Framework (PTF)
Primary test lead role’s activity:
Based on requirement needs, collaborate with 3rd party consultants to align on testing approach / strategy and testing efforts
Estimate the testing effort -> determine the team and the skills needed to support the effort
Oversee the testing documentation / Coach / Train team members
Oversee the testing quality and progress; Accountable for maintaining overall timeline
Communicate testing status, identify risks w/ remediation recommendations, identify issues and resolution path
Manage open items / work independently based on inputs needed
Following are Testing Leads must haves:
Experience with Xray testing tool
Experience with the LoadRunner performance testing tool for planning and strategy (not responsible for scripting or execution)
Experience with PeopleSoft Finance v9.2
Experience with testing code mgmt. / automation
Experience with security testing
Experience with SaaS (Vertex On Demand – this will eventually be part of the program)
Experience with testing NFR (Nonfunctional Requirements)
Clear and effective communicator
Nice to Haves:
Experience w/ Oracle PS Fluid pages
Experience w/ operational support – testing of environments
Experience w/ Vertex Tax Engine
Experience w/ Vertex Tax Returns
Experience w/ WebMethods
Knowledge of Finance SOX compliance
