Hiring Manager Notes: This is more of a BA/Data Analyst position. The person will analyse data sets and work on modernizing these data sets to make them better. They will be working on implementing a CRM application, design workflows and processes for it. Excel expertise and basic SQL queries experience is needed. Currently there will be 1/3 BA work and 2/3 Data Analyst work.
Purpose of the position:
This position is responsible for analysing complex real estate data sets and aiding in normalizing data from disparate data sources to run real-time analytics. Creation of CRM workflows using low-code products (aPaaS technologies).
Must-Have Skills:
· Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
· Interact with clients to understand their business operations and data needs
· Direct tech teams on how to best to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Ability to capture client needs and design efficient workflows utilizing low-code applications
· Understanding of data governance processes and technologies
· Operational familiarity in the use of data quality tools
· Locate and define process improvement opportunities
· Experience with recent cloud and data governance trends
· Strong proficiency in creating and visualizing KPIs
· Good communication skills and ability to adapt and grasp any tasks and technology. Also, efficient Implementation skills.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills

Minimum Requirement
· Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field
· Years of Experience: 7+ years working as a data or business analyst
Other Specifications:
· Openness to learning new technologies and improve
· Experience using Snowflake is a plus
· Experience using Low-Code platforms (aPaaS technologies) is a plus
