Job Description :

ABDS, Inc is currently seeking for Node JS Developer

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate and contribute in the full project life cycle, including gathering requirements, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of applications using nodejs, angular and cloud technologies (AWS) preferably with .NET background 
  • Participate in estimating assigned work effort and be accountable for completion dates 
  • Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications 
  • Deploying and debugging cloud native/serverless applications throughout the development lifecycle 
  • Document and code to allow other engineers to reuse and support components in the future 
  • Collaborate with offshore team on implementation of multiple projects 
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues if needed 
  • Participate in release management and support as needed 
  • Follow standard software development methodologies and SDLC and Agile practices to produce high quality applications in an efficient manner. 
  • Effectively manage multiple project deliverables concurrently 
  • Accountability for project results 
  • Interpersonal management, communication and problem resolution 

 

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with object-oriented programming languages (preferably .Net but not mandatory)  
  • Primary skill set with at least 1-2 years’ experience with .nodejs  
  • Experience with C#
  • Primary skill set with at least minimum of 1 years’ experience with AWS core services building serverless applications like S3, Lambda, EC2, SNS, SQS, Step function & Cloud Watch developing cloud-native/serverless applications. 
  • Hands-on AWS experience with the server less approaches using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS or EKS at least 2 implementations (preferred in an Enterprise scale environment). 
  • Desirable skills with 2 years’ experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular,etc.  
  • Fluency with CI/CD tool sets such as: Azure DevOps. 
  • Strong knowledge of API development (Creating & Consuming) 
  • Conceptual knowledge of database normalization as well as implementation. Familiarity with NoSQL databases. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skillset. 
  • Ability to work with globally dispersed teams 
  • Agile / Scrum Experience 
  • AWS Certified Developer Associate - Preferred 

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent Degree
