Network Engineer, Tier III staff is responsible for troubleshooting higher level issues of a Wide Area Network (WAN) for our dedicated federal customer. Work on a hybrid VA/AT&T NSOC Team as an escalation point for more complex tickets and those that could not be resolved by Tier 2s. Provide expertise and collaborative guidance for timely resolutions of events. Support related NSOC activities and projects as directed. Must be able to work closely with government personnel and other vendors on staff in an Operations Center environment. Support of 24x7 Operations Center, shift work.
