Hands on experience on Cisco Analog VG224, Cisco VG310, Cisco VG202 & Cisco 2800, Cisco 2811, Cisco 2851, Cisco 3945, Cisco 3925 voice gateway Assist and approve of implemented Customer Premise Network/Voice Architecture Interact with client through scheduled operation call Flexibility toward BAU and Non BAU tasks Network/VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting Maintains various systems including Data VOIP, wireless and VTC Overall controls and processes of Voice Platforms Knowledge of Multimedia: Video Conferencing/Teleconferencing Knowledge of Avaya/Avaya Communications Service (ACU), Cisco VOIP Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, encryption devices, PSTN, DSN, ISDN Exposure to perform RCA on Major incidents and Proactive problem management Documentation and knowledge transfer skills Collaborate with offshore team and work with the team Assist in creation of product support and training documentation
