Job Summary:We are seeking a Network/Systems Administrator II to manage and support the organization’s network and system infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system performance, ensuring network security, and providing technical support for servers, networks, and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure.
Manage Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, and system access.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
Perform system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance.
Implement and monitor security measures including firewalls and antivirus systems.
Manage backups and disaster recovery processes.
Provide technical support and resolve system or network-related issues.
Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in network or system administration.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux systems, and Active Directory.
Experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and backup solutions.
