CISCO Network Switches/Routers Configuration/Replacement/Support/Troubleshooting ? VLAN/bonding (configuration and troubleshooting) ? Network trunking, VLAN, Port Security, STP configuration/Support ? Network Management tools and techniques ? Rollout and project experiences ? Strong Leadership skills ? Understanding of Cisco Router/Switch configurations and OS levelling ? Attention to Detail ? Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and the customer ? Works well with technicians to instruct how/when to perform work Skilled Network Technician to assist in the wired network configuration and replacement of a large retail customer’s Distribution Center network infrastructure. Analyze technical problems & create solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools. Will be responsible for daily project network admin/support duties, which would include support & skills transfer. Good Customer Support . Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
