We have an immediate opportunity with a large F500 client in the Milpitas, CA area.

1. Technical skills:

a. Working knowledge on administrating Linux system, RedHat and VM ware and install OS and application softwares ie Cisco DSD and others onto these systems.
b. Experience and proficient to write script for automation for testing, reporting, and analyzing debug logs using Python
c. Working knowledge with Video standard, encoding/decoding and digital signage solution and IP networking
d. Knowledge on Cisco networking switch and router is a plus
e. Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++, JavaScript, Shell Script and Python
f. Knowledge in SQL, REST API, dBase such as Postgres, Oracle
g. Ability to systematically debug a customer problem and formulate possible root cause and solution
h. Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise discernment within defined procedure or best judgement

2. Program management skill

a. Effective written and verbal communication and good analytical skill.
b. Able to communicate effectively and lead a technical discussion with internal Cisco teams (BU, SE, Account and TAC) and customers
c. Able to provide clear problem statement and status to management, technical team and customer
d. Able to foresee issue and create a mitigation plan
