Job Description :
- Perform basic LTM load balancing configuration, VIPs, Pool, monitors, SSL Certificates, Reverse Proxy and Forward Proxy.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues between customer and VIP and Pool members.
- Work together with other teams (ie: Linux, Network, Database, SAP, among others) to implement and resolve connectivity issues
- Take and read packet captures from TCP dumps, Wireshark and HTTP handshake.
- Working knowledge of Layer 4-7 load balancing and SSL acceleration
- Generate CSR file ( certificate signing request) and upload root, intermediate and key certificates
- Help with audits and CIRATS ( Compliance Issue Risk and APAR Tracking System ) - Work with RCAs ( Root Cause Analysis Qualifications & Requirements
- Working knowledge of Network Security technologies (SSL/TLS, VPN
