Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures. The candidate will be responsible for protecting the organization’s network from cyber threats and ensuring high availability and performance of security systems.
Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
Monitor network traffic and security events; investigate and respond to incidents.
Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation.
Configure and manage security devices such as firewalls, routers, and switches.
Implement and manage secure remote access solutions.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements.
Maintain documentation for network security architecture and procedures.
Strong knowledge of network security concepts and protocols.
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with SIEM and log analysis tools is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Security, CISSP, or CEH.
Experience with cloud network security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in SOC or incident response environments is an advantage.
