li>Expert knowledge of network fundamentals including network protocols, server and desktop environments, network hardware and software, and network management tools/li>
li>Keyboard operations and Tier II escalation support experience/li>
li>CCNP certification or higher/li>
li>Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff, faculty and students./li>
li>Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize activities/li>
li>Strong organizational skills including running bridge lines/li>
li>Must be able to independently lead cross-functional project teams./li>
