Network Infra Engineer Cambridge, MA Remote till Feb-Mar and than Onsite depending upon the situation Skype to Hire Working technical knowledge of network, Server, PC, and platform operating systems, including Cisco/Fortigate Networking Equipment, HP Workstations/Laptops, Dell Servers, Aerohive/Aruba/Meraki Wireless, VMWare, Windows and AppleOS. Application support experience with Office365, Code42, Okta, Centrify/Idaptive, PaperCut, Varonis and Mimecast. Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Active Directory, SAML 2.0, ITIL integrated with ServiceNow. Knowledge of local area network administration. Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. Experience with data management. Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
