REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 5-10 Years 7 is the sweet spot
  • VERY Strong Routing and Switching Experience
    • BGP
    • OSPF
    • Cisco don't care about others but ok if they have (Juniper, Mist)
      • Catalyst
      • ASRs
  • VLAN

Retail not a hard requirement but need to have supported LARGE enterprise environments (WAN support for many)
