Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users.

In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture.

Your goal will be to establish networks that cater to customer needs.

Looking for

· Strong knowledge on BGP and OSPF are mandatory.

· STP, VPC, EtherChannel, VDC, FHRP, etc.in switching are mandatory

· AWS knowledge mostly to do with networking.

· MPLS core hands-on experience is an advantage.

· Load balancer experience including GSLB

· Checkpoint and ASA firewalls experience.

· DNS implementation and a strong understanding

· Analyze packet using Wireshark

Responsibilities

· Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS)

· Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices

· Monitor network performance and integrity

· Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure

· Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness

· Mentor team members on technical issues

· Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)

· Communicate with users when needed

· Maintain complete technical documentation

· Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability

Requirements
· Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator

· Professional certification at least CCNP

· Solid background in network architecture

· In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF and MP-BGP)

· Good understanding of spanning tree protocol (ex-MST, RSTP), Etherchannel, VPC and VDC

· Familiarity with access control models and network security

· Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Ansible, Python, Perl)

· Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. Xymon, Zabbix, Extrahop, WireShark, Splunk)

· Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS XE/XR, NX-OS)

· Solid understanding of Load Balancer (A10)

· Solid understanding of Firewalls (ASA, FTD, Checkpoint)

· Experience with Cisco ASR 1000 series, 9000 series, Nexus 7000, 9000, 6000,etc.

· Experience in managing DNS, IPAM and DHCP (Infoblox)

· Packet level troubleshooting using wireshark

· Experience with the design and implementation for voice traffic

· Strong understanding of IPSEC and GRE tunnels

· Experience with IDS/IPS

· Solid understanding of DNS and GSLB architecture and troubleshooting

· Sharp troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work independently
