Job Description :

Roles / Responsibilities / Duties:
Designing automation of tasks and processes through PowerShell utilizing REST APIs and .NET SDKs
Primary lead on Microsoft Azure platform, best practices and application, and network security
Ensure proficient knowledge transfer through continuous documentation of internal practices and structure through knowledge-based articles and Visio diagrams
Provide support escalation for helpdesk team for incidents, widespread outages, disasters or crises that have the potential to require activation of response plans
Develop and administer internal training for team members and staff across the foundation
Maintain, configure and administer updates as needed for Active Directory – DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies etc.
Administration and configuration of various SaaS and on-premise applications
Maintain Cisco routers and switches as a primary data-center admin
