Job Summary:We are looking for a Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s network infrastructure. The candidate will ensure the stability, security, and performance of network systems while providing technical support for network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
Perform regular network maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
Configure and manage user access and network permissions.
Monitor network traffic and identify potential security threats.
Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support to users for network-related problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in network administration or support.
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Understanding of network security concepts and VPN technologies.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar.
Experience with firewall management and network security tools.
