We are looking for a senior Network Administrator to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. The candidate would have 7+ years of infrastructure administration and 5+ years of experience in network administration preferably using Cisco products.
Must Have:
· Top 3:
o 5+ years of route/switch experience
o CNA
o Ability to work in a team atmosphere
· CCNA required, CCNP or CCIE preferred, PCNSA or PCNSE preferred
· What type of software skills is an absolute must have? Ability to perform upgrades on Cisco IOS and NXOS platforms
· Proven experience in a network administrator role
· Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
· What type of background would you like this person to have?
IT background with enfaces on Cisco networking
Plus:
· Knowledge of Cisco DNAC
· Knowledge of Cisco NDFC
· CCNP or CCIE

Responsibilities:
• What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Be specific.
o Design and deploy new network equipment in IMS West data centers
o Assist end users with issues or requests
o Identifying issues as they arise
As Network Engineer, Architect you will
· Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls
· Install and integrate new network hardware and appliances
· Support and administer third-party data feeds
· Ensure network security and connectivity
· Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
· Research and make recommendations on network system administration
· Specify system requirements and design solutions
