Role:
Location - Buffalo Grove IL, 60089
Technical skills required: .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0, VB, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server.
5+ years of supporting applications/infrastructure in a Production Support type model, or equivalent experience in development skillsets .Net, C#, VB, SQL Server and Angular.
· Resolve the tickets in a timer manner.
· Work on Team Foundation Source (TFS) control to stores code and record changes and current check-outs for versioning.
· Perform all required change requests for work around solution.
· Escalate if operational established thresholds and SLA are broken.
· Monitor production jobs and ensure all the related extract files, claims and letters set out on time
· Participate in shakeout to test the code on a weekly and monthly release.
· Partake post release meeting to ensure all the functions are working properly, and no users are impacted
· Responsible for business user interaction, requirements gathering, analysis, estimation and deployment of software components.
· Involve in discussion board for client interaction for the change requests, production incidents and follow-ups.
