Need Business System Analyst with NetSuite

The Business System Analyst is responsible for recommending process improvements, evaluating third-Party tools and implementing the NetSuite ERP system. The Business System Analyst will partner with the Implementation Team for automating interfaces between NetSuite and other key business systems. This person will be expected to contribute to the optimization and automation of the company''s financial and operational applications landscape over the next few years by implementing and sustaining scalable business processes to support the company''s growth and initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with Finance, Operations and distribution to assess business requirements and formulate project plans to address these needs using NetSuite and compatible tools.
Oversee the testing and train users in the NetSuite modules and build configurable extensions to meet business needs.
Develop use cases to determine a list of actions or event steps typically defining the interactions between a user role and a system feature.
Manage requests for new features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
Effectively work with other technical teams and third-party partners/vendors to successfully integrate NetSuite and related Financial Applications with Operations applications.
Be the subject matter expert on the company’s data sets as it relates to the upgrade to NetSuite and the ongoing existence of said information.
Perform NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, employee access management and financial reporting support.
Provide end user helpdesk support, managing all internal tickets to a timely and successful resolution.
Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform, including integration with other complementary add-ons.
Provide training to users, train the trainers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and documentation of NetSuite functionality, customizations and integrations and proactively identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
Qualification & Education
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related technical discipline.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of NetSuite configuration and application support experience. Basic understanding of project-based Accounting concepts is a plus.
