Good to have implementation experience and understanding of Pega Customer service framework
AnyPoint Platform - CloudHub and On-premises
Good to have implementation experience of Pega CDH, Decision Strategies , Predictive and adaptive models.
API Strategy and Roadmap
Must have defined involved in consulting engagement in defining the API Strategy and Roadmap working with Executives
API Gateway and Runtime/Control Plane
Good have implementation experience and good understanding of Pega Chat , IVR , Docusign integration
API Design & Development
Good have good understanding of Pega DX API to create omni channel external UI
cost/Effort Estimation
Good have good understanding of Pega DX API to create omni channel external UI
Integration with external sytems using APIs/Connectors: SAP, SFDC, Workday, other SaaS Applications
Must have integrated at least standard integrations with ERPs/SaaS Solutions like Oracle, SAP, SFDC, etc
Solution Architecture
Must have worked as solution architecture using multiple technologies including ERPs/SaaS Product for Enteprise Integrations
