We are currently seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager and Talent Consultants specializing in Information Technology (IT) and Engineering domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the MSP program, ensuring client satisfaction and program excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Drive process improvements, compliance, and reporting related to contingent workforce management.
- For Talent Consultants: Source, screen, and engage top IT and Engineering professionals for client requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, quality talent solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in MSP Program Management or Talent Consulting.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and workforce programs.
- Strong knowledge of staffing and contingent workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in the Chicago area.
